Privacy Policy — Lucky to Live

Last updated: April 23, 2026 Developer: PB Studio Contact: pbstudiogames@proton.me

Overview

Lucky to Live (“the App”) is a free-to-play mobile game developed by PB Studio. This privacy policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

The App itself does not directly collect personal data. However, the App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to serve rewarded advertisements. The AdMob SDK may automatically collect the following data:

Data Collected by AdMob

Data Type Description
Advertising ID Android Advertising Identifier (AAID) — a resettable device identifier used to serve relevant ads
IP Address Used to determine approximate geographic location for ad targeting (not precise GPS)
Device Information Device model, operating system version, screen size, language settings
App Interaction Data Ad impressions, ad clicks, and in-app events related to ad display
Crash and Diagnostic Data App crash reports and performance data to improve ad delivery

Data Collected by Google Play Games Services

The App integrates Google Play Games Services (GPGS) to support global leaderboards. When Google Play Games is installed on the device, GPGS performs a silent sign-in on first launch and attaches leaderboard submissions to the user’s Google Play Games profile. The user can sign out at any time via the Google Play Games app to stop further submissions; the 11 competitive leaderboards that ship with Lucky to Live remain fully optional and non-blocking for core gameplay.

Data Type Description
Google Play Games Player ID Stable anonymous identifier used to attach scores to a player across devices
Display name Public alias chosen in the Google Play Games app
Avatar image URL Public Google Play Games profile image
Country code Approximate, from the user’s Google account
Gameplay stats Leaderboard scores submitted when signed in: floor reached, wins, money earned / lost, damage dealt, XP earned, jokers hit (covers the 11 Epic 9 leaderboards)

Data NOT Collected

How Data is Used

Data collected by the AdMob SDK is used for the following purposes:

Third-Party Data Sharing

Data collected through AdMob is shared with:

Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

For information about how Google uses data from apps that use its services, visit: How Google uses information from sites or apps.

In-App Purchases

Lucky to Live offers one optional one-time purchase: Remove Ads. The transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment details (card number, billing address, etc.). Google’s handling of payment data is governed by Google’s Payments Privacy Notice.

Your Rights and Choices

Opt Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising on your Android device:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Go to Google > Ads
  3. Enable Opt out of Ads Personalization

Opting out does not remove ads — you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your interests.

Reset Advertising ID

You can reset your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID).

Opt Out of Google Play Games Services

Signing out of Google Play Games via the Google Play Games app immediately stops future leaderboard submissions from the App. Data deletion requests for scores already submitted should be directed to Google Account controls at the Google-level (the App has no server-side copy to delete). Scores already submitted remain on Google’s servers per Google’s retention policies.

Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your use of the App, contact us at pbstudiogames@proton.me. Please include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.

Note: Data collected by Google through AdMob is subject to Google’s data retention policies. We will forward deletion requests to Google as required.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and ad servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). We do not store any user data on our own servers.

Children’s Privacy

Lucky to Live is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). The App features simulated casino/gambling themes (slot machines using in-game currency only — no real money) and is rated Teen/12+ by content rating agencies.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the App and you would like their data removed, contact us at pbstudiogames@proton.me.

Offline Play

The App is fully playable offline. Rewarded ads require an internet connection. When played offline, no data is collected by the AdMob SDK. Leaderboard submissions queue locally when offline and retry automatically on reconnection via the Google Play Games SDK’s built-in offline queue.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
